My code for running GET for customer object is completely fine as per the API documentation but RoseRocket API is throwing an error for it which is

Search order api
I have another client (ID 704ca685-0875-4365-b0e1-788eec8b44be / client name: CEVA FREIGHT CANADA)
Trying to search for orders: DG104-1467475 / WAW1100103
Both are showing in the rose rocket system but the api is not getting the results!
Can you check please.

my name is Fares Saab, responsible for the development of a web portal for Country Transport (client of yours), we already integrated the API to get all orders for our clients, we have a client (already took the ID (704ca685-0875-4365-b0e1-788eec8b44be and client name: CEVA FREIGHT CANADA ) from roserocket platform) and added it into the API, the problem is that some orders are not showing for example: DG104-1462652 / WAW1094813 - DG104-1462418 - DG104-1462444 – DG104-1462451 – DG104-1462464
The api that we are using: https://platform.roserocket.com/api/v1/orders?customer_id=704ca685-0875-4365-b0e1-788eec8b44be
While other clients are getting all the orders normally with no problem, can we know exactly what is the problem?
