Hi Rose Rocket Support,

We pull order data through the API for our unbilled-orders report, and we need to read the Notes and Chat from each order's Activity panel. We've run into the following limits:

Internal notes are limited to the token owner. GET https://network.roserocket.com/api/v1/orders/{order_id}/internal_notes only returns notes written by the user whose token we're using. In a test today, my own internal note came back, but a note a colleague posted on the same order did not.
No Chat endpoint. We can't find an endpoint for an order's Chat messages. Everything we've tried returns 404.
v2 authentication fails. The v2 events endpoint (GET /api/v2/platformModel/events?recordId={order_id}&objectKey=order) returns 401 with our Org Apps token. A client_credentials request to https://a.roserocket.com/oauth/token with our Org Apps client ID also returns 401 access_denied.

Could you please confirm:

Is there an endpoint or parameter that returns every internal note on an order, from all users?
Is there an endpoint for an order's Chat messages?
Would a service account with an OAuth application (the newer API) be able to read both? If so, where do we set it up, and what role or team does it need?
Are there webhook event types for new notes or new chat messages?
