How do we get Developer Portal / OAuth Applications enabled for the v2 API?

We're an Admin on our org and want to use the v2 Platform API (network.roserocket.com/api/v2/platformModel/objects). The Getting Started guide says to create an OAuth Application under Account Settings > API settings > OAuth Applications, but our Account Settings has no API settings section. The only API option we have is Advanced Settings > Org Apps.


Our Org App credentials work with the v1 API (password grant at auth.roserocket.com), but v2 rejects those tokens with "Jwt issuer is not configured."


Could you enable the Developer Portal / OAuth Applications for our org? Rose Rocket support asked us to post here. Also, is there an added cost or plan requirement for v2 API access? And in the meantime, is there a way to read order financials (margin, totalEarnings, totalCost), CSRs and commissionees through v1?
