Is there a V2 Postman Collection?
I see this https://roserocket.readme.io/discuss/6526e21ed0465a0013c790b4 for v1 but the documentation focuses on v2. There are a couple of endpoints that state they are for V2 but there are no examples of CRUD operations for v2.

My customer looking to add the consignee email address to an order creation API call. Can you tell me if passing through an email address at order creation will result in it populating under the consignee information in the details tab of an order?
