my name is Fares Saab, responsible for the development of a web portal for Country Transport (client of yours), we already integrated the API to get all orders for our clients, we have a client (already took the ID (704ca685-0875-4365-b0e1-788eec8b44be and client name: CEVA FREIGHT CANADA ) from roserocket platform) and added it into the API, the problem is that some orders are not showing for example: DG104-1462652 / WAW1094813 - DG104-1462418 - DG104-1462444 – DG104-1462451 – DG104-1462464

While other clients are getting all the orders normally with no problem, can we know exactly what is the problem?
