UTC time in Integration wiht Trucker Tools

Our orders from RR are being transferred to Trucker tools in UTC time. We are based in East coast. They have said that we need to address this with RR.

See our test load in RR and we had to adjust the times in TT. All orders are being entered correct in RR and the Manifest says it is correct but upon integrating with TT it is being given to them in UTC.
