Hello,

Since the token expires every 24 hours , we will be needing client id and secret code to regenerate it. So ECCO TMS is the client of Tri Pol and Tri Pol is Rose Rockets client , so can Rose rocket share the client id and secret code with ECCO ?

Hi Kartik,

Tri-Pol should be able to provide you one themselves under the Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Org Apps section. I can see they already have a client ID secret pair named 'Ecco', has that been shared with you?

Whats the username and password that is asked as body parameter while generating the token? Is it the developer app's user and pass ?

It could be just the developer's app / pass but you could also set up a specific dedicated account in their Rose Rocket instance with a name like "Ecco Integration" so that any action taken by this service will be stored in the activity log as such. The dedicated account is usually recommended to avoid unintentional issues if a user's password is changed, or SSO is used.
