Webhook issues

Hi, we have subscribed to web hooks (dispatched and delivered) and been recording them trying to match events in RR. But we are seeing some strange issues:

Webhooks received (checked with order number to validate)

dispatched on a Tuesday - but no even in the history shows anything like this happened
dispatched - on the Friday and this matched the actual pickup
Delivered - on the Sunday and this matches the actual delivery

We are not sure why we got any on Tuesday the only events shown are

X selected quote of $X. Order is booked and confirmed for pickup ---- 08:54

X added tag: WEST Truckload ---- 12:00

New CSR assigned: Not Assigned > X ---- 12:00

X changed Pickup Appointment to 2025-02-06 16:00:00 - 16:00:00 ---- 12:01

X changed Delivery Time from None to 2025-02-08 08:00:00 - 08:00:00 ---- 12:01

X changed Delivery Appointment toConfirmed ---- 12:01

Why would we get a webhook on that day with no action to cause it?
